What problem did we solve?
The Kapra sells fabric across both wholesale and retail channels, with inventory spread across physical stores and multiple online sites. They needed a fast, reliable platform that could keep stock accurate across all of those locations, reduce stockouts and waste, and handle fabric-specific selling without a fragile stack of plugins slowing the store down.
Our Solution
How we built it
We delivered a plugin-free customised WooCommerce store, integrated third-party inventory across their physical and online locations to keep stock synchronised, and improved site speed and the customer experience. As their needs grew, we also built a Shopify store and handled the WooCommerce-to-Shopify migration.
