Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By engaging ARIOSETECH for web development services, you agree to these Terms. They govern all projects and transactions between ARIOSETECH and its clients.

2. Services

ARIOSETECH provides web development services as described in project proposals. The scope of work is defined in a written proposal approved by both parties before work begins.

3. Payment terms

50% deposit is required before project commencement. The remaining 50% is due on project completion, before the site goes live. Larger projects may use milestone-based schedules agreed in writing.

4. Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds stated in the proposal. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate. Significant scope changes require a written change order.

5. Timeline

Timelines are provided in good faith based on agreed scope. ARIOSETECH will communicate proactively if timelines change. Delays caused by client-side factors (late content, approvals) do not constitute a breach.

6. Money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on deposits if we fail to commence work within the agreed timeline. The guarantee does not apply after work has begun or for client-initiated cancellations.

7. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom code and assets created for the project. Third-party components (plugins, themes, stock images) remain subject to their own licences.

8. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including lost revenue or data.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then arbitration if necessary.
